So what the heck is an Online Business Manager (OBM)? An online business manager is your behind-the-scenes person managing the backend of your business. Easy, right!? Well, it’s a little more in-depth than that. Let me explain.
Business owners do a lot, and they have probably been doing it on their own for a long time. But, that’s not efficient or sustainable. Plus, I’m willing to be the skills it takes to run the backend of the business are not the skills you wnat to be doing. You want to be doing the thing YOU are good at. You want to be doing the actual work that brings money into the business.
I’ve discovered a common trend for many entrepreneurs: they love taking on new projects, generating big goals, and sorting through their endless train of new ideas. (Sound familiar?) This trend is great for the long-term vision of the company, but chasing new ideas can cause you to lose sight of what needs to be done day-to-day.

As an OBM, I know what needs to be done with all the different components to run a successful business.
Let me be clear: I am NOT an expert in the various components of running a company, but I know enough to (1) understand your vision and (2) know what needs to be done to keep the business moving forward.
Your business has multiple departments that need to be handled: marketing, operations, project management, sales, HR, production, legal, customer service, and finance. Either, you’re hiring out all of those departments or you’re handling it yourself. OR, an OBM – like me – manages those components for you so you can focus on the thing you do best.
An Online Business Manager is naturally organized and unafraid to search for the information needed to accomplish a project. The devil is in the details.
