In October 2023, I competed in the Women Lead Change Speak Tank competition.

This event is a great opportunity to gain more speaking experience and compete to win a coveted spot at another Women Lead Change conference.

Speaking has become such a big part of what I do. Just in 2023, I’ve spoken on webinars, podcasts, YouTube channels, conferences, and at local events. Not only do I love sharing what I do as an operations expert, I love sharing my business experience, funny stories about my past, and offering encouraging strategies to make your life and business a little more calm

Women Lead Change is an Iowan organization dedicated to the development, advancement, and promotion of women, their organizations, and to impacting the economy and future workforce.

What did I speak about?

In my 20-minute presentation, I give a funny (if I do say so myself!) talk about how to shed the “busy badge of honor” for a more systematized life. I know implementing systems may not feel fun or sexy, but I promise that adding a few systems to your life will make your life (business and personal) easier and calmer.

I gave examples for your business, feeding your family, and spending time with friends.
